Placing an Order
Orders may be placed by E-mail, phone, fax or regular mail. Orders received by 1:00 PM CST are usually shipped same day. Orders are shipped the most cost effective way, which is usually via UPS. Customer needs to supply a valid physical address (no post office box) for UPS delivery. Shipping charges are added to each order.
Purchase orders are accepted from business and governmental entities. Most first time orders require pre-payment. Once a history is established, we offer "open account" status, as long as it is not abused. Personal check, money orders or credit/debit cards are acceptable forms of payment.

Civic Enterprises has a "flat rate" shipping system in place for addresses in the continental US. For 2009, the rate is $8.95 per box for all 18" or 30" Grab-Its, or spare parts. Addresses outside the continental US are charged the actual costs of shipping. UPS adds a "handling fee" for items they consider "oversize". Since 54" and 106" Grab-Its fall into this "oversize" category, they will still be figured on an individual basis.
